I-MAK, a deeply committed and talented team dedicated to ensuring affordable medicines are available to all, seeks an Executive Assistant who will serve as the right hand for I-MAK’s co-founders. Your goal will be to optimize their time, energy and effectiveness. Relying on your relentless attention to detail and your ability to stay a few steps ahead of them, you’ll ensure things run smoothly and maximize their and the organizations’ impact. You’ll do this by working independently, problem solving on the fly and seeming to intuitively know what’s needed and how you can add the most value. You’ll manage up and keep yourself and the co-founders on track and drama free.
Core responsibilities (all of which you’ve done for an organization, ideally a non-profit!) include but are not limited to calendar management and scheduling, travel planning, meeting preparation and follow-up (including taking minutes), research, presentation development, and serving as a liaison to the Senior Leadership Team and all Team Members. While not required, experience working in a legal environment and/or a virtual workplace are preferred.
