  • Work directly with clients by phone, email and in person
  • Gather required information to run an effective implementation
  • Train clients on system functionality and the implementation process
  • Run implementations according to client timelines 
  • Perform and document a detailed logistics review for each event at least three days prior to an event
  • Manage staff and execute run of show to deliver flawless events for clients
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Anticipate the needs of your clients
  • Handle and quickly resolve customer complaints or issues
  • Direct unresolved issues and requests to 501 team leads
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Maintain customer databases
  • Communicate and coordinate with the tech team
  • Improve and provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Build out both internal and customer-facing documentation to improve implementation and event execution

Qualifications

You must be comfortable and competent communicating by email, over the phone, and in-person (hospitality industry experience is great!). You will also need to be detail oriented and able to balance multiple priorities, clients, and requests on a continual basis. Weekend work and travel are a requirement in our world, particularly during the busy seasons (Feb - June and Oct - Nov). Full time, in-person resources only.
