As a Scheduling Manager for the South East Division, you will serve as the subject matter expert providing scheduling support and oversight to Operations and Estimating throughout project lifecycles. This position will be located in our Morrisville head office.

  • Develop detailed bid schedules for projects estimated across the South East region and provide support to corporate and other groups when required
  • Develop detailed baseline project schedules following contract award in coordination with the project teams
  • Identify schedule risks and opportunities and communicated with project teams during baseline schedule development
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure baseline schedules are approved timely, meeting with Owners and Consultants as required
  • Support active projects by developing monthly updates, and aligning CPM project schedules with look ahead schedules
  • Ensure all changes are identified early for assigned projects to ensure they are analyzed for any potential delay;
  • Analyze schedule performance and communicate and slips or gains and document properly in accordance with all Contract requirements
  • Provide monthly status updates to Scheduling Department Manager to be incorporated into Monthly Schedule Status Report
  • Develop Time Impact Analysis for all impacts to active projects timely and in accordance with Flatiron policy and Contract Requirements
  • Review Plans, Specifications, and all Contract documents to develop an independent analysis of all scheduling requirements
  • Serve as technical expert for Primavera P6 and provide support to office personnel as needed
  • Keep abreast of scheduling updates, software selection, and IT requirements
  • Maintains knowledge of Flatiron's company values and strategic plan
  • Support published corporate policies
  • Perform additional assignments per management's direction

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited institution and 7+ years' construction scheduling experience
  • Integrity, tenacity, demonstrated ability to succeed, and the attitude to do what it takes to meet and/or exceed expectations
  • Strong ability to work independently and analyze complex construction projects quickly and accurately
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6
