Position Overview:

Candidate will be responsible for driving accelerated revenue growth with key Unified Communication partner; Avaya. This person will be responsible for running the Avaya relationship for Carousel Industries.

  • Drive pipeline creation with inside sales, field sales and marketing
  • Work with marketing to develop targeted demand creation campaigns
  • Track field engagement activities and drive account mapping
  • Promote partner activities and ensure materials are posted on internal and external web portals
  • Coordinate training for Carousel sales teams
  • Deliver customer demonstrations and briefings as the vendor solutions specialist
  • Keep Carousel sales team informed of vendor programs, advocate product releases, and incentive programs
  • Responsible for providing weekly updates on opportunity funnel build and commits
  • Build executive and technical relationships with partner
  • Manage certifications and program requirements
  • Develop curriculums with VP's and SVP of Engineering
  • Be the liaison for Avaya Channel and Executives to deliver revenue and program results
  • Drive growth and pipeline in all Carousel regions
  • Develop regional business plans with Sales Directors


Required Knowledge and Experience:
  • Successful track record in Unified Communications, Contact Center and business development
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales or channel management
  • Knowledge of Avaya products and cloud sales
  • Excellent poise and presentation skills
  • Effective interaction with partners, customers, and colleagues
  • Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks/projects
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Creativity and independent thinking
  • Proven proficiency working in a Microsoft Windows environment. Including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Lync/Skype for Business
  • Experience using Salesforce a plus
  • College degree is a must
