JOB SUMMARY:

JOB DUTIES:

30% - Essential - SUPERVISORY
Superviseandmanageateamoftwofull-timeemployeesandstudentworkers.Managepersonnelissuesanddirectdevelopmentofstaffskillsandcompetencies.

20% - Essential - RISKASSESSMENT
Serveassecurityliaisonandmanageauditresponsesfordepartment;serveascomplianceleadforthedepartment.

25% - Essential - LMSandPROCUREMENT
Managetheprocurementandsupportofsoftwareapplicationsanddocumentrepositoryinsupportofdepartmentalandadministrativefunctions.UpdatetheLearningManagementSystemwithrequiredtrainingforhealthcare-supportpersonnel;maintainandtracktrainingrequirementsforappropriatepersonnel.

20% - Essential - TRAININGandDOCUMENTATION
Trainandorientstaffintheuseofallapplicabledepartmentalhardware,software, and peripherals. Write and maintain documentation for hardware and software as needed.

5% - Essential - ON-CALLSUPPORT
Provideafter-hoursandon-callsupportforvariousaspectsofMITSandInfoSecsupport.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

A bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, computer science (information technology), mathematics, statistics, management information science or a related field and experience in telecommunications, data processing and/or information technology. Relevant experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.

Provides Budget Input - Provides input into the budgeting process, and oversees fund allocation.
