Temporary - Time LimitedJOB SUMMARY
Assists in the production of Brooks Center academic, professional and community performances. Provides technical expertise in rigging, audio, lighting, design, stage management, maintenance, and performances. Performs other duties as assigned.JOB DUTIES
60% - Essential - Production and Operations:
Production and operation of TriART, Performing Arts Student Ensembles and on-campus CU rental events, to include communicating with ensemble directors and points-of-contact to anticipate event needs, coordinate set up, execution, break down and clean up.
20% - Essential - Process Management:
Assist with an array of functions for the Brooks Center main stage events, including hanging, focusing and maintenance of lighting systems, set-up, tuning, maintenance and operation of the sound system, operation of the counterweight fly system and maintenance of technical theater systems. Sets up, maintains and operates the orchestra shell.
10% - Essential - Manages Support Crew:
Leads Student and TLP Crews in the planning, set up and execution of events at the Brooks Center.
10% - Essential - Client Support:
Develops client relationships and coordinates staff to meet client needs, including provisions of equipment and supplies and event execution.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
A high school diploma and experience or additional education in the production of radio or television programs.RESPONSIBILITIES

Employees who are in time limited positions will earn one and one-quarter days of Annual and Sick Leave per month for a total of thirty (30) days per year. Eligible part-timers will earn days on a pro rata basis.WORK SCHEDULE
