To do this, we need the right Talent to join us as a Commercial Systems Group (CSG) Regional Manager. An amazing opportunity for the right person! This person will report directly to a very supportive Commercial Systems Group, Director of Sales.

The Role:

In this highly collaborative and leadership role, the Commercial Systems Group Regional Sales Manager will be a key leader in managing and increasing sales & profit, leveraging existing/new business, while ensuring that support, guidance, and great leadership is given to a team of Commercial Sales Representatives.

What you will need to do to succeed in this role:

A Day in the life:
  • Work closely with NAPA Division Management, Distribution Centers, Independent Store owners and other key team members who are driving shop management sales
  • Regular communication and updates with NAPA Division Management, Regional Market, Distribution Centers Management, Store Owners, and Automotive Repair Facilities
  • Hiring fantastic Commercial Systems Group Sales reps and continuing to develop and support them

What you'll need:
  • Software Sales experience
  • Outside selling experience
  • Good general computer software, networking and hardware knowledge
  • Excellent follow-up and communications skills, both verbal and written, are required
  • Territory and time management skills
  • Requires a very independent person who can manage themselves and their territory in a professional manner
  • Able to Travel 75% of the time

  • BS/BA Degree in Management, Marketing or Business is preferred
