Supporting the 21st Space Wing Communications Squadron (CS) with demonstrated expertise in communications systems infrastructure and communication project management with extensive knowledge on Air Force Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) requirements.
Provide advice on project costs, design concepts and changes; program management and integration; and Master Planning.
The Communications Planning Analyst resides at Peterson AFB, CO with periodic TDYs to Thule AB, Clear AFS, Cape Cod, and other GSU sites as required to interface with EIO internal stakeholders for day-to day task management, contract execution, and product deliverables, as needed.

Understand the 21 SW organizational construct and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders while developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the operational and organization construct for Thule AB
Integrate the wing organizational structure in relation to Clear AFS, Cape Cod, Cavalier AFS and other GSU sites as directed by 21 SW priorities.
Maintain knowledge and comprehension of current policy regarding Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center (IMSC), Air Force Lifecycle Management Center (AFLCMC), and Space and Missile Systems Center
(SMC) for project business rules, processes, and milestones for communication and mission system planning
Integrate 38th Engineering and Installation Squadron (EIS) blueprint documentation into a cohesive work plan input for 21 SW/CC approval
Ensure documentation is up to date for engineering and installation (EI) work plan and meet deadlines for work plan submission IAW AFI 33-150 and TO 00-33D-3005
Review EI work plan criteria to ensure new work plan items meet requirements
Provide oversight of contractor inputs to Communications Infrastructure Planning System (CIPS) and ensure they follow the AFIMSC EI work plan business rules.RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
3-10 years of experience in information/communication systems with demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products required. Experience working independently, working with/leading teams, optimizing programs, building enduring continuity, and strategically communicating programmatic and operational impacts to leadership at all levels is required.EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or equivalent required. IAW OASIS, degrees may be substituted with additional 6 years of experience.Why Sev1Tech?
