Overview

The Pricing Analyst is responsible for pricing strategy and modeling for potential clients of nThrive. This individual is responsible for the pricing models and innovative tools that streamline client decisions. This role will support the FP&A Pricing organization and commercial teams and will be a key figure in the company to add value to new and existing clients as they add or enhance products.

Responsibilities

  • Support the commercial team with existing pricing models as well as help with the development and evaluation of alternative pricing structures
  • Partnering with other internal clients on the continued improvement of the pricing process
  • Drive business model and pricing strategy and policies to maximize profitability
  • Work with senior leadership on accounting and finance revenue decisions as it relates to commercial opportunities
  • Support the commercial team in developing pricing proposals, evaluating strategic options, and responding to customer RFP inquiries
  • Partner with commercial teams and operations managers in the commercial process for continued success
  • Identifies organization's strengths and weaknesses with regards to pricing and makes suggestions for areas of improvement
  • Collaborate with other members of the finance team in budget, forecast, and compliance decisions
  • Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
  • Involvement in special projects, communication and overall organizational changes related to commercial pricing
  • Capacity to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations, changes in direction and altering priorities
  • Involvement in projects related to opportunity management and commercial data
  • Partnering with other internal clients such as contract and legal teams to expedite the client contracting process
  • Supports nThrive's Compliance Program by adhering to policies and procedures pertaining to HIPAA, FDCPA, FCRA, and other laws applicable to nThrive's business practices. This includes: becoming familiar with nThrive's Code of Ethics, attending training as required, notifying management or nThrive's Helpline when there is a compliance concern or incident, HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information, and demonstrable awareness of confidentiality obligations.



Qualifications

  • Bachelors' Degree
  • 1+ year experience working in Accounting or Finance
  • Knowledge of modeling and heavy data management
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Demonstrated ability to attend to details
  • Ability to interact with senior management and key business users
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task


Preferred Skills

  • Healthcare experience a plus but not required
