Roto-Rooter is hiring service technicians / entry level plumbers. People with good communication skills and a mechanical aptitude will thrive in this job. First year Roto-Rooter technicians can expect top-pay, earning between $50,000 and $90,000 (on average). Pay increases quickly with each year of experience.
Even without prior plumbing experience, you can succeed in this trade. We'll provide an initial 13 weeks of paid training plus continual training at our plumbing school, and we'll guide you through the plumber licensing process while you learn the trade. Roto-Rooter service technicians use their skills to provide solutions to plumbing and drain problems. In this role, you will perform plumbing services for both residential and commercial customers, diagnose problems, and provide cost estimates to close the sale, then you'll make the necessary repairs for the customer. Document estimates and invoices in writing and on a smart phone, collect payment.
There are no quotas to meet and we will work with you on a flexible work schedule so you can maintain a work/home life balance. We also offer easy transfers to any other Roto-Rooter Branch in the nation if you ever want to relocate.Requirements
Minimum 2 years mechanical experience preferred, but not required if you're mechanically inclined and have good communication skills, are self-motivated and hold a valid driver's license.Benefits
