As a working supervisor, performs variety of culinary (cooking) duties in production oriented, scratch kitchen. Oversees food production in accordance with company policy and ingredient standards. Cooks food for the Market Kitchen and catering events following the recipes and pre-determined quantities. Follows proper sanitation procedures and temperature controls to comply with health code regulations.
Education And Experience
High school education or equivalent
Culinary Arts Degree, natural/organic foods experience desirable
Supervisory experience preferred
