This position is responsible for developing and managing customer relationships within the given territory. Design, develop and implements systems to improve Polar Air Cargo's quality of service and customer satisfaction. Creates, develops, implements and monitors procedures and services that will generate increased profitability and productivity. Acts as communication conduit on behalf of the company for the customer to resolve any customer-identified problem through one communication source.


  • Develop and maintain agent accounts in order to maximize revenue generation to Polar Air Cargo
  • Provide market analysis report to Sales Director & Supervisor.
  • Provide competition analysis report to Sales Director & Supervisor.
  • Prepare and collect market information to statistics and presentation
  • Coordinate assigned accounts within the territory, including the development of strategy, tactics and communication with the account contracts
  • Work closely with the Sales Director including pricing, market developments, industry marketing issues and forecasting
  • Maintain communication and coordination with other department to provide continuity with corporate plans and objectives at the sales territory level
  • Interface with Terminal Services employees to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Coordinate with Accounting Dept. and Agents on accounts receivables
  • Produce selling tariffs and local schedules to the customers
  • Track and monitor customers' performance
  • Manage priorities for cargo booking/movement process;
  • Optimize cargo flow through management of capacity planning, yield and aircraft routing;
  • Perform various administrative duties related to the job such as rate reconciliation, EQ report, ad hoc request, tonnage and post flight summary...etc...
  • Design and implement systems and procedures to improve capacity and yield management process;
  • Develop procedures that generate increased profitability and productivity and maximize load factors;
  • Serves as an internal liaison between appropriate departments to ensure all customer and allocation commitments are met by meeting company standards.
  • Respond to customers' questions, problems, requests and/or complaints
  • Trace missing cargo and follow-up on tracers
  • Track and trace on-forwarding cargo
  • Provide freight status alert and/or prove-of-delivery to customers
  • Monitor export/ import vendor's performance
  • Monitor import handling and randomly re-weigh inbound shipments for CCA
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Sales Director


  • University degree in Business Studies
  • Strong interpersonal skills and reliable
  • At least 3 years working experience in the industry
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
  • Good initiative and ability to work independently
