The Wholesale Client UW Specialist provides Sales Account Executive and Broker client support within a Wholesale Regional Operations Center. We create a collaborative working environment that builds relationships between Clients, Sales and Operations teams. We assist Sales Account Executives with client onboarding, ongoing broker training and development, and are business development and retention minded.
We collaborate and maintain effective partnerships with key operational, credit and funding colleagues to meet quality, productivity, and pipeline management goals.
Regardless the level in role, we are responsible for driving the pipeline, enhancing pipeline pull through and supporting Sales AE's business growth through moving loans through the fulfillment process in an efficient, effective and customer centric manner that results in predictable processes to our clients.

- 2-5 years of related mortgage experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience for higher roles.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- MS Office proficient.
- Strong attention to detail, able to prioritize and work in a fast paced team environment.
