The primary role of the Project Manager (PM) is to own full project lifecycle from strategy development to post-mortem, including project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, client management, and communication for all assigned accounts. A successful PM will work with the client to define KPIs and meaningful metrics and continuously monitor project health via resourcing, profitability, and burn rates. The PM is committed to going above and beyond to make sure both our clients’ and our team members’ experiences are exceptional.
