Daytop Village of NJ, Inc. is seeking a part-time nurse to work with adolescents in a behavioral health and substance abuse program located in Mendham, NJ.    Candidate must provide direct medical care and therapeutic support for clients within a team oriented therapeutic community.  Must be licensed in the state of NJ; have knowledge of chemical dependency and signs and symptoms of withdrawal; knowledge of adolescent medical issues; ability to communicate medical information effectively to clinical staff as well as medical personnel and families.  Must complete incident reports when appropriate and participate in case conferences.  Direct care responsibilities include assessing medical problems and complaints, triage medical issues; administer medication to clients and document on MAR; and provide emergency care when appropriate.  EOE; Bi-lingual A+.  **Salary commensurate with license and years of experience Job Requirements: Candidate must be LPN.  Desired Candidate will have experience working with adolescents and/or substance abuse/behavioral health.
