As an Administrative Project Assistant, you will enhance the efficiency and productivity of the project management team by processing submittals, contracts, and purchase orders.
Specifically, your job duties will include:
Process submittals, contracts, purchase orders, and change orders
Create and update project files
Scan, print and distribute project plans
Facilitate the flow of information both internally and externally as directed
Contribute to content of written materials
Visit job site as requested
Assist with project close out
