Job Description

SIYLI Program Coordinator Role:

In pursuit of our mission, SIYLI offers open enrollment programs worldwide, and provides support to our Certified Teachers who also run open programs. Our team is therefore engaged in event management, as well as creating strategic international partnerships to support programs and create transformational experiences for our participants. We are growing our public program offerings, and are looking for a Program Coordinator for the Global Expansion team. By supporting the partner relationship building, as well as the logistics and execution of excellent programs, this individual will be vital to the success of SIYLI’s mission.  

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and coordination support for SIY Programs, including:

  • Regular partner and participant communications
  • Logistical support for events and programs
  • Support and communications with SIY certified teachers running programs worldwide
  • Implementation of online content such as webinars
  • Interfacing with other teams to coordinate offerings
  • Reporting on effectiveness metrics
  • Data entry
  • Light copy editing/writing
  • Delivering customer service to participants, teachers, alumni, and others

Qualifications:

Candidates must have all of the following qualities and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent organization & tracking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (editing a plus!)
  • Experience with problem-solving while engaging many stakeholders
  • Ability to execute consistently with follow through and to work independently
  • Event management experience
  • Comfortable with a fast-changing, high-achieving “start-up” environment
  • Experience communicating clearly with multiple teams and a comfort with “context-switching”
  • A deep commitment to being of service to others
  • A commitment to the SIYLI mission
  • Experience with Salesforce and other customer communication systems

Extra Credit:

The ideal candidate will also have the following qualities:

  • Experience with commercial partnership management
  • Multi-cultural/international knowledge and experience
  • Domain knowledge of neurology, learning theory, leadership development, mindfulness and well-being
