Human Capital Coordinator

Position Summary:

Lytx is currently recruiting for a Human Capital Coordinator who will be responsible for partnering with the Human Capital (HC) team to provide operational support for all talent management programs, employee experience, compensation and compliance. The Coordinator will have a broad range of responsibilities assisting with the day-to-day operations of Lytx’s administration of the HC policies and programs, including but not limited to assisting with organizing annual employee events, operational support for performance reviews, compensation cycles and talent review, managing personnel files and auditing policies.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HC team members to execute HC strategies to increase organization, team and individual performance that will improve the business’ capabilities to deliver against its goals
  • Provide support for employee inquiries, working alongside HC team to ensure all issues are resolved timely and escalated if/when necessary
  • Provide support managing HC-related projects ensuring deadlines are proactively managed, and project details are tracked and documented
  • Proactively manage talent management, compliance and compensation data in HC systems in order to ensure data integrity and effective HC process management
  • Support employee communications and operations experience including updating digital displays, editing all employee emails, ordering employee gifts and logistic support for all hands meetings.
  • Partner with Manager, Employee Communications on employee event planning and coordination
  • Audit and provide updates for company intranet site, including the update and upload of policies and documents
  • Maintain employee filesand conduct audits to include annual I-9 audit
  • Provide back-up coverage and support for the HC team and to reception for breaks and lunches
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative/clerical support experience; support of Human Capital department strongly preferred
  • Professional and personable, always exercising sound judgment
  • Effectively handles sensitive and confidential matters
  • Demonstrated ability to drive HC processes and to deliver high quality HC services
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, think independently and problem solve to ensure all projects are completed in an effective and timely manner
  • Self-starter, motivated and proactive
  • Strong organization skills, detail oriented, and ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university strongly preferred; Human Resources, Business, Communication or related field a plus
